Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on most new, unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these requirements may be denied a refund.


2. Non‑Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size changes
  • Color changes
  • Defective or damaged items

Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue. We will:

  • Replace the item
  • Offer an exchange
  • Or issue a refund

We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • The product was defective

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


7. Store Credit

If you prefer, we can issue store credit instead of a refund. Store credit does not expire and can be used on any future purchase.
